Parish Council Meeting Dates for 2024 / 2025

To be held at The Village Hall, Harescombe.

The council year runs from May to April (inclusive). With the exception of the AGM which is an 8.00pm start, parish council meeting dates are scheduled to take place at 7.30pm on the 2nd Monday of May, July, September, November, January and March.

The dates for this council year are as follows.

2024

7.00pm - Monday 13th May - Annual Parish Meeting (not a parish council meeting)

8.00pm - Monday 13th May - Parish Council AGM

7.30pm - Monday 8th July

7.30pm - Monday 9th September

7.30pm - Monday 11th November

2025

7.30pm - Monday 13th January

7.30pm - 10th March

7.00pm - 12th May - Annual Parish Meeting (not a parish council meeting)

8.00pm - 12th May - Parish Council AGM

Dates for 2025 - 2026 meetings to be determined at the Parish Council AGM in May 2025.

Extraordinary Meetings or Parish Council Committee Meetings may be convened in addition to these published meeting dates and will be advertised in accordance with statutory requirements.
